Let’s get loud in colour and give hope!

“It’s time to get loud in colour and give hope by planning for Cansa’s Shavathon 2018,” says the Cansa Vaal Triangle Care Centre.

Cansa’s annual Shavathon has become the darling of South Africa’s fundraising events in support of a worthy cause.

It will be staged for the 15th consecutive time in shopping centres around the country on February 24 and at workplaces from February 26 to March 2.

You can visit Cansa at Vaal Mall, River Square, President Square and Sasolburg Square. Keep an eye out on Cansa Vaal Triangle’s Facebook page for more venues for the Shavathon weekend.

Not only has the shaving or spraying of heads become symbolic gestures in support of cancer patients and cancer survivors, it continues to show empathy experienced by patients who lose their hair while undergoing treatment.

For more information please contact Lelani at 083 767 1636, or lpotgieter@cansa.org.za, or Charlene at 082 518 8432 or cvisser@cansa.og.za for more information on how to get involved and hosting your own Shavathon for Cansa’s Vaal Triangle Care Centre.
