Six injured in two vehicle collision

Six people have been injured in a two vehicle collision in Vanderbijlpark.

VANDERBIJLPARK.- Six people were left injured after two vehicles collided on the corners of Frikkie Meyer and DelfosvBoulevard in Vanderbijlpark on Wednesday evening.

When ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene shortly before 19:30 they found patients walking around on the scene. Upon further assessment, they found one person who had sustained serious injuries and five others who sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate.

ER24, as well as the provincial Emergency Services, transported the patients to hospital for further medical care.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics, but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
