Isaac Molatudi Tshabalala (30) from Polokong was Charged with 13 Counts ranging from rape, kidnapping and robbery. Tshabalala committed these crimes during the year 2013 and 2014 in De Deur, Sebokeng and Kroonstad.
Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained serious injuries to his chest and back and was in a serious condition. The man was treated for his injuries and was provided with advanced life support interventions.
Mayathula-Khoza said that the Early Childhood Development Centre (ECD) did not comply with the municipal By-Laws and its infrastructure was such that it is not completely suitable for the care of children. “We will serve the notice on them within seven days and then commence the relocation of children to nearby ECDs before we move them to new prototype centre that we have built in this community.”
